About Jenn
Jenn’s passion for grooming cats began in 1998 while working at a veterinary clinic, where she spent nearly 20 years caring for cats of all breeds, ages, and temperaments.
On January 18, 2018, she founded JenniFUR’s Mobile Cat Grooming, bringing professional, stress-free grooming directly to her clients’ homes. By grooming cats in a familiar environment, Jenn helps reduce stress while providing the gentle, one-on-one care every cat deserves.
Today, with over 25 years of feline grooming experience, Jenn is proud to serve cat owners throughout Halifax and the surrounding communities with compassionate, professional care.
Why Cats?
Cats require a different approach than dogs. Their behaviour, temperament, and grooming needs are unique, and Jenn has dedicated her career to understanding them.
Whether your cat needs a routine brush-out, nail trim, de-shedding treatment, sanitary trim, or a complete grooming package, every appointment is tailored to your cat’s individual needs, coat type, and comfort level.
Jenn believes patience is just as important as experience, and her goal is always to create the calmest, safest grooming experience possible.
Mobile Grooming That Comes to You
Life gets busy, and transporting a cat can often be stressful for both pets and their owners.
By bringing professional grooming directly to your home, Jenn eliminates the need for long car rides, unfamiliar environments, and crowded grooming salons.
Mobile grooming offers many benefits, including:
- Less stress for your cat
- Convenient appointments at your home
- One-on-one personalized care
- A quieter, more comfortable grooming experience
- Professional grooming without leaving your driveway
Jenn's Promise
Every cat is treated with the same patience, kindness, and respect that Jenn would give her own.
Whether it’s your kitten’s very first groom or you’re caring for an older cat who needs a little extra attention, Jenn is committed to providing a professional, stress-free experience that keeps both cats and their owners comfortable.
Her goal has always been simple:
Happy Cats. Happy Homes.
