Pampered Package Cancellation Fee


We’re sorry that you have had to cancel your appointment on short notice. We understand that unexpected things happen and sincerely hope that everything is ok with you and your kitty.

However, our groomers wages are commission based and if you cancel your appointment last minute, not only does the groomer lose income, but we lose out on fitting in another client who is waiting or have to make our booking assistant work overtime to find a replacement.

Since you have cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, you will need to pay 50% of your grooming fee, before your cat’s next appointment can be booked.

Once paid, we would love to visit your kitty to take care of their grooming needs and we’ll contact you to reschedule your appointment for our next opening in the future.
